Charmmie Park supports the Luthy McCallum Group through a combination of operations, marketing, branding, and event coordination, working closely with the team to help ensure a consistent, organized, and client‑focused experience. In addition to her role as Branch Operations Associate at Baird’s Durango branch, she assists with client communications, business development efforts, and the behind‑the‑scenes details that support the group’s day‑to‑day work.
Charmmie brings a broad, multidisciplinary background and a thoughtful, collaborative approach to her role. Her professional experience spans technology, crypto, fashion, and the arts, where she has worked alongside leadership teams to manage priorities, support complex initiatives, and keep projects moving smoothly. She has provided senior‑level administrative and operational support to executives at organizations ranging from early‑stage startups to established companies such as Salesforce and Coinbase. Previously, she ran a high‑fashion sales agency representing emerging designers at fashion weeks in New York, London, and Paris, and has worked in galleries and museums in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Cologne, Germany.
Charmmie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and German from the University of California, Irvine, studied Architectural History at the University of Edinburgh, completed executive education through Harvard Business School, and holds Google certifications in Project Management. She is currently preparing for the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
Her varied experience allows her to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and help contribute to a seamless and trusted client experience. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Charmmie moved to Durango in 2025 and enjoys mountain life with her husband, Eric, her stepchildren, Jake and Becca, and their dog, Jurgen.
